1. How long and how much will it cost my delivery

We will do our best to have your parcel delivered within the intended time.

Orders in national territory (Portugal - continental) will be delivered by MRW. Orders within the Europe Union and Non-EU will be delivered by UPS. In order to meet customers' needs and expectations we only use Express delivery. All shipping costs will be displayed in the order confirmation.

  • For France, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Island and the rest of the EU, the shipping cost is offered for orders above 140€, and costs 5€ below.
  • For Africa, we deliver to Luanda, Maputo, Cape Town and Johannesburg. The shipping cost is offered for orders above 250€, and cost 45€ below.
  • For Australia the shipping cost is offered for orders above 278€, and costs 45€ below.
  • For Hong Kong SAR, the shipping cost is offered for orders above 278€, and costs 25€ below.
  • For Japan, the shipping cost is offered for orders above 300€, and costs 25€ below.
  • For Singapore, the shipping cost is offered for orders above 300€, and costs 25€ below.
  • For South Korea, the shipping cost is offered for orders above 350€, and costs 25€ below.
  • For Taiwan, the shipping cost is offered for orders above 300€D, and costs 25€ below.
  • For United States, the shipping cost is offered for orders above 300€, and costs 45€ below.
  • For South and Central America, the shipping cost is offered for orders above 300€, and costs 45€ below.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery will take around 1 to 5 business days from the moment the order leaves our warehouse except for some exceptions.

In order to view the exact delivery time and cost, please select the country in the ship to area.

Please note that all orders are subject to verification of product availability, billing and shipping addresses and payment confirmation. If required, we may request additional identification information. Such verifications can extend the delivery time for up to two (2) additional business days from those quoted in the order confirmation. Wankiamy.com, is not responsible for any unexpected delays occurring during the shipment by UPS.

  • UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.

2. Which countries does Wankiamy currently ships to?

We ship to all countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Island, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan and to the 50 states of the United States.

Countries within the EU include: France, Monaco, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus (EU), Romania, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Malta, Denmark, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Croatia.

If you are not located within our delivery zone, please send us an email to info@wankiamy.com requesting a specific delivery quote and we will do our best to deliver your order.

3. How can I track my order?

You will find your tracking number in the "Orders" section of your account.

4 . Backorders and Cancellations

If an item is on backorder, an availability date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of backordered items in your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled. If this happens, we will alert you via email. In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email info@wankiamy.com

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will not be charged for the cancelled item.

5. How can I change my delivery address?

We cannot modify a delivery address once the order is shipped. Please try to contact us right after your order confirmation and we will do our best to change the delivery address. Once your order is shipped, please contact the transporter directly referencing your tracking number found in your account to change your address directly with them.

6. Can I have my item delivered to a store?

Yes. We offer the possibility to offer to pick up the items you ordered at one of our stores for FREE. After selecting your preferred delivery option at checkout, select "Pickup Points" and choose which boutique you'd like to have your order delivered to.

We will send you an email just as soon as the package is available at the Wan Kiamy store of your choice.

To pick up the order please bring with you:

  • - Valid ID
  • - A copy of the order confirmation email

If someone is collecting the parcel on your behalf, please ensure they have:

  • - a copy of your ID
  • - valid ID of the person collecting
  • - a printed copy of the order confirmation email

If the package is not picked up within 10 days of delivery to the boutique, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

At the moment the service is available in the store in Angola.
